Returns Policy

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.

We are committed to make your shopping experience as hassle-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

If you have received a damaged product or wrong product, we will arrange a reverse pick up for that item and in that case the customer is eligible for a full refund/fresh piece of the same product. To avail the refund, the customer has to send us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving the order.

There are some items that are Made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for such products is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping

We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India as well as international orders.

International orders: delivered within 10-12 business days

Domestic orders: delivered within 5-7 business days. 

Pre-orders: delivery time will be within 60 days.

*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping and handling is subject to the total order value and destination.. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

Shipping is free for domestic orders above INR 2,000.
