All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During peak seasons, sales, or festive periods, processing times may be slightly longer. In such cases, we appreciate your patience.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details.

We currently ship across India.
International shipping may be available on selected products or on request. For international orders, please contact us before placing an order.

SHIPPING PARTNERS

We work with reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery. Once the order is handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier partner’s policies and serviceability.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and email address are accurate and complete at the time of placing your order.
All Handmade will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

FAILED OR RETURNED DELIVERIES

If an order is returned to us due to reasons such as incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges may apply. Refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If you receive a damaged package or notice missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the package and product. We will review the issue and assist you as per our resolution process.
